Saturday
A new thing came into our house today. Mum uses it, I'm
not quite sure what it is apart from scary. It's a seat
on wheels so she doesn't have to walk too far, she calls
it a mobility scooter. Most of the time it's kept in the
porch but today the wheel and battery thing was charging
and they left it over my scratching post. Very unfair,
I know the socket is there, but I thought I could climb
on it, but I got told off, so I guess it's not for climbing
on.
Sunday
While dad was cleaning out my litter tray this morning
I escaped and went for a climb of the trees behind the
house. It was nice to get out for a few minutes, but I
was soon caught and brought back inside… BAH!
Monday
One of my favourite toys has gone…. I'm completely gutted
without it. The big box from the coffee machine has now
gone from the front room and I am unable to play in it.
That is BAD news. The machine has gone from
the kitchen, so I guess they are taking it back to the
shop. I hope that they get a new one, so I can play in
the new box.
Tuesday
I am still getting fresh drinking water from mum's indoor
fountain. I find it's best to drink from when it's not
on. The water is sat in the bottom, and you don't get
splashes on your whiskers this way. Much easier to drink
from, and you don't need to find a suitable cushion to
dry your face on afterwards.

Thursday
I shredded another squidgy ball today. I was sat by the
footstool and it was calling for me to kill it, so I did.
I even managed to finish it off in comfort sat on the
footstool. It's an easy life!

Mum had a bad migraine today and she fell asleep on the
sofa. I was sat on the windowsill watching life go by
in the street, when I turned around I realised that she
was asleep in the purrrrrfect position for a kitty visitor
to get warm on her lap. When she woke up, I was fast asleep
in her lap keeping her warm. She started to stroke me
and then we both fell back to sleep until dad came home..
what a cool afternoon.
Saturday
Mum and dad were playing on the Playstation this evening
and I spent the night playing with my toys. I soon got
bored and watched them play a snowboarding game. I sat
so close to the TV that they could not see the whole screen,
most of it was covered by my furry head. They stopped
playing the game and played with me for a while.. success…
a good tip for any cats out there that need attention.
Block the view to whatever your human pets are doing and
they will soon stop and give you that much needed attention.
Sunday
Tigger appeared on the sofa today. Previously it was out
of my reach. I treated him as a threat to my attention
time and made sure that he was completely trapped on the
sofa, so if they wanted to play with him, they had to
play with me first.

Monday
I escaped again today and I met up with Henry in the trees
behind our house. I was up the trunk and he was on the
branch. You can just make out the kitty shapes in the
tree, but mum was useless at taking the pictures!
Wednesday
A
man came to our house today to talk to mum. He had a nice
smelling bag with lots of room in it. He was talking away
and I squeezed my way through the small opening in the
zip and made myself comfy inside his bag, it was an excellent
game going through his paperwork. He then got out this
big tool thing to measure distance, but it had a laser
in the end. He shone it on the floor for about 5 minutes
and let me chase it… what an excellent game. I was running
around the lounge and my bedroom trying to chase it but
I never managed to catch the dratted thing. Then he put
it on the wall and shone it on to another wall to measure
the room size, I tried to jump on the sofa and catch the
dot but he was too quick for me. I chased him around every
room trying to catch the dot, but I failed miserably.
Thursday
Oh no.. the cat carrier is out again, I guess that means
a vet trip… what have I done to deserve this. I am OK,
no limps, no bumps, no sickness…. WHY am
I going to the vets this time?
I saw a different vet to normal and he turned off the
lights and shone some UV light on me. It made me look
full of dandruff, not at my best. Then they turned me
over and shone it on my belly. Can a cat have no privacy?
We are graceful creatures that care about our appearance
and don't like to look bad, even under low light and a
UV beam… must get some anti-dandruff shampoo! I jumped
in my box because I thought he had finished and then they
got me out again and gave me injections… I'm not ill…
I don't need needles. Aparently they were my boosters.
Even FIV cats need their boosters so I don't get any of
the other nasty illness' that can attack cute cats like
me. Mum then left with in a strange place with a nice
lady. It was a shop that sold strange smelling things….
She left me there as the man said she needed to see the
DR and she wouldn't leave me alone in the car, I think
it was a pharmacist shop. There was a sign on the door
that says no dogs, but they let me in the back as a favour
to mum. The lady went on a break and played with me until
mum came back. They were lovely and friendly, I wonder
if I will ever go back there?
Mum
got a big paper bag today and she put it on my cat post
with treats in the end. I was a bit unsure at first but
I managed to get inside and get the treat sticks out..
what an excellent game to play. It kept me busy for about
half an hour.. most cool.

Friday
A new coffee machine came yesterday. Mum set it up today
and left the 2 boxes in the kitchen. My wish came true,
a new shiny box to play with… excellent. I slept it in
for ages this afternoon and then moved onto the furry
cushion as it was warmer. I spent the day sleeping as
I didn't fancy playing and I was bored. Sleep is always
the best answer when you are that bored.
