Fortnight 220
I know, I'm late again. I'm really no good at this time keeping thing!
Week 1
There were some big boxes in the house this week – nothing for us cats though. Mum spent one day building a new chair for the lounge, and the day after a new bed came for the main bedroom. The guys built it, and as they left, both Ozzy and I jumped on the bed to see what it was like.. it's much higher than the old one, and we both nearly missed when we jumped on!!! The weather was really cold and quite wet this week, we both stayed inside as it was too cold to go outside. We have even both started to use the litter tray regularly as it's too cold to bare our bums to the soil outside!
Week 2
Nothing much happened this week. It was really cold outside and again we stayed inside and slept on the new bed.. it's quite comfy when you get used to it!
Week 3
Mum was trying to get me to play one night this week as I am being really boring and sleeping all the time. She was throwing balls up the stairs and I could not resist chasing it up and down the stairs. It was a good game, but I got SOOO tired playing, that I couldn’t keep it up for more than about 15 minutes. I was shattered running up and down the stairs constantly! Yesterday a massive box came with Christmas presents in for someone. Mum took out the presents and I tried my hardest to get into this long slim box, I didn't manage it! The house has been freezing since Tuesday as the central heating has broken and they can't turn it on… Ozzy even went outside for the afternoon on Wednesday, as even as it was frosty outside, it was warmer than in the house!!! Mum came home in a new car this week, and she took a neighbour out shopping later in the week, when she stopped outside her house, I jumped in the car and got a lift up the street back to our house.. it was quite nice inside, and I left my mark by leaving a small nose print on the windscreen! This evening a new thing came into the house and both Ozzy and I are captivated by it. It’s a large tarantula that mum controls with a thing, and it moves around the floor. It kept coming towards us, and we were both really confused by it.. we were smelling it, biting it but it still kept creeping towards us. We got out of the way by jumping onto the windowsill and hiding behind the curtains!
