Fortnight 202
Sunday
Ozzy and I spent a while playing in the garden together this afternoon, it was not too cold so I got to stay out for a while. I soon got fed up though and came inside to play in the warmth of the house.
Monday
I found an orange feather in the back bedroom today and I spent the day playing with it. I carried it around the house so I could play in the room of my choice!
Tuesday
It’s my first birthday today. Mum went out this morning and got me a new toy for my birthday and some nice tinned food for our tea as a treat. I felt really spoilt! She got me an automatic laser toy, which I spent ages playing with today. It’s so frustrating as you can't catch the dot as it moves so quick. I soon noticed that it came from this green thing, so I put my paw in there to try and catch it. All that happened was my paw went red from the beam! Most irritating!
Tonight we got a really nice tea – plaice fillets and veg in sauce. It was a lovely change from what we usually get at tea time. I really felt special on my first birthday.
Wednesday
I spent a while outside again today. I explored out the front of the house and then around the back. I havent really done that before, so it was a nice change. Then I came back inside and fell asleep on top of the sofa.
Saturday
Mum spent most of the afternoon on the PC today. Ozzy and I slept downstairs and kept out of the way.
This evening I played with my new laser toy and also my orange feather which is still giving me lots of good playtimes.
Sunday
I went out exploring again today as it was quite nice outside. I was out for nearly an hour, which is a record for me. I came back inside and ran to mum for cuddles, back in the safety of the house.
Monday
Mum went out for a while this afternoon and when she came back, I could tell that she wasn’t very happy. I gave her lots of love and cuddles to make her feel better.
Tuesday
Something odd happened today. I got my breakfast, but I had no tablet first. I thought mum had forgotten it, but the same happened at tea time. I must have finally finished my tablets. I wonder how long it will last?
Wednesday
Dad was out all day today and I spent the day on the desk at the side of mum. She spent the day on the PC, but I didn't want to be alone, so I sat at her side. I got lots of cuddles, and of course, I helped her to keep my diary up to date!
Once again I had no tablets today – hurray!
Friday
It’s been raining lots over the last two days and Ozzy and I have spent the time inside in the dry. Ozzy spends loads of time sleeping, and I like playing around the house, with whatever I can find.
