Fortnight 185
Saturday
The weather was lovely today and the 3 of us spent the afternoon playing and sleeping in the garden.
Tonight I spent it asleep on the sofa next to dad, whilst Tigger played with the new Panic Mouse and Ozzy tried to avoid getting his paws bitten by Tigger!
Wednesday
Mum went out with the dog lady today and she came back with loads of goodies for us. She brought home a new bed, which is tiny as the label says it is for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, but it is a perfect size for a kitten. Not wanting to be selfish, I was the first one in it and spent the entire night in there. I am quite small for an adult cat, and can just about fit in the bed. Ozzy tried to get in later in the night, but he can only fit his paws in it as he is so big! Tigger did manage to get a few minutes in there before bedtime and he fits in perfectly. I think Tigger and I are going to share the new bed! Mum also brought home some new Whiskas Lamb flavour biscuits, which are lovely as we had them for tea tonight.
Thursday
Mum spent all afternoon in the garden today. She mowed it and then weeded all the flower beds. Of course, as the garden is mainly our domain we watched with interest and offered our help when required! Tigger helped most with the weeding as it is on his level!
Friday
Another beautiful warm and sunny day. Perfect for snoozing and sunbathing, which is exactly what I did!
This evening Tigger was going mad with his balloon – still taking it for walkies around the front room and even managed to drag it upstairs this evening!
Monday
Mum spent the day weeding the block paving at the front of the house today. It was the warmest day of the year and we all spent it inside as it is too hot for cats today!
Tuesday
Mum spent the afternoon brushing sand into the block paving that she weeded yesterday. Ozzy and I helped a bit, but we both got sick of being covered in sand from the wind, so we soon gave up on that idea! We left her to it and went back to the important business of sleeping in the cool house!
Wednesday
We all spent the day inside today as the council are re-surfacing the road outside and not wanting to be covered in wet tar, we were all kept inside. It’s another hot day so we all found somewhere cool and went to sleep for the day.
Thursday
Another day inside because of the re-surfacing. At least it gives us chance to catch up on our beauty sleep!
