Saturday
Mum was out all day yesterday with her packed bag. When she came home she went to bed, and I joined in there to give her love and cuddles. Today she spent the day on the sofa with me by her side, giving her the odd love to make her better.
Monday
Mum is still taking things easy and I am trying to help her out with lots of cuddles and being good.
We spent the day resting on the sofa in the living room!
Tuesday
Today I decided I had given mum plenty of my time and I decided to do my own thing. When she was out in the garden this morning I watched her from the branches of the tree.. it’s a good view point as you are high up and can see all the gardens. This afternoon I spent asleep in my radiator bed next to the lovely warm radiator!
Wednesday
I was being a rebel today and this evening, I would not come inside when they called me at bedtime. I was only at the end of the drive, but I wanted to stay outside and not in the dining room.
Thursday
I spent all day asleep today as I was outside all last night. I moved around the house with the sun so I was always sleeping in a nice warm sun spot!
Friday
It was really windy today and I nearly got blown out of my view point in the tree at the back. After that little fright I stayed inside in the calm and had a lovely long nap!
Sunday
Oh dear, it’s that time of year again. The first Formula 1 race of the year, time to find a good quiet hiding place! This evening I had a nap on the furry cushion on the sofa next to dad.
Monday
It is still really windy outside and I am only going out when I really have to go to the toilet. Other than that, I am staying inside in the calm warm environment! However, tonight I really needed the loo at around 10:30pm and I hassled mum and dad to let me outside. The wind had died down and although it was really cold I decided I would stay outside again tonight. mum was calling me loads, but I wouldn’t go near her as she would pick me up and bring me inside.
Tuesday
I spent most of today asleep as I didn't get much sleep last night. This afternoon mum was looking at me strangely as my eyes did not look right, there is a black lining over both my eyes and my bottom is really swollen. I didn't feel very well from about late afternoon and I stayed close to mum for comfort. They must have felt sorry for me, as I was allowed the run of the house tonight instead of being shut in my bedroom. I curled up on the bed next to mum and fell asleep. I hope that they don’t take me to the vet, it’s not THAT bad!!!
Wednesday
Oh no! I knew it !! I got carted off to the vets this afternoon to get checked out. I was not too happy about it either. they stuck a thermometer up my swollen bottom, which was not nice at all and looked in my mouth and gave me a once over. I have an infection, and now I have to have 2 tablets a day.
Thursday
I spent most of today asleep and feeling sorry for myself. I am not a happy bunny!
Friday
This morning mum put out my biscuits for breakfast, but I decided I didn't want them. I went outside and ate some of the catnip from the tubs on the patio!
Mum and dad went out tonight and I had the run of the house, when they came back and it was bedtime, I hid behind the sofa so they could not get hold of me. I wanted to sleep on their bed! I had my way and had the run of the house overnight, I am still not too well and unfortunately got poo all over their duvet cover, I don’t think that mum is too happy with me!
