Sunday
I spent most of today sat in front of the snake tank, watching to see if he came out. This evening when he was out I tried to hit the tank with my paw, but all that happened was I got shouted at and then sprayed with a water pistol. I soon moved!
Monday
Once again today, I spent the whole day watching the snake tank. I had a quick nap this afternoon, but all the rest of the time I was sat in front of the tank.
Wednesday
This evening I spent a while playing with the cat charmer. I put the plastic wand in my mouth and run into walls with it. I have such fun doing it, that is, until I got it stuck under the fridge!! When it was stuck, I went to my next favourite pastime and sat in front of the snake tank watching that instead!
Thursday
It is so windy today! We have gale force winds in the UK. I went outside to go to the toilet this morning, I was sat on the bin in the porch waiting to be let inside when a large gust of wind blew me off! I then howled and howled until I got let in. I don’t like the wind when it is really bad, and hid under the big bed so I would feel safe. Loads of roof tiles and fence panels were blowing around the street, I was glad to be safe under the bed!
Friday
Another day of gale force winds. I didn't bother to go outside today as I didn't want to get blown away. There were a lot of people fixing their gardens and fences today, I spent a while watching them from the safety of the bedroom window! This afternoon I decided I had had enough of the snake and tried really hard to knock the tank off the table. Dad made me go outside until mum came back from wherever she was, so she could watch me. Then they altered the snake tank set up so it was lower than the table edge and can not be pushed off. This evening I got soaked with the water pistol as I would not leave the tank alone. They shout “No” at me, and if I don’t get down, then I get sprayed!
Saturday
We had a late night tonight as mum and dad watched some boxing from Las Vegas. I played with the Cat Charmer for a while and then re-found my snugly cushion on the sofa and had a long nap on there!
Sunday
I spent the day alternating from the cushion and the snake tank. I would watch the tank for a while, and then have a nap and then repeat the procedure! I think that they are getting fed up with shouting at me. Now, when I hear the slosh of the water pistol being picked up, I run away!
Tuesday
As soon as I was let out of my room this morning, I ran straight to the tank and I stayed there until bedtime! Mum had a nap this afternoon as she wasn’t feeling too well, and normally I run up to the bedroom and snuggle up next to her on the bed, but today I stayed by the tank!
Thursday
Another day spent by the tank. I didn't eat anything yesterday and I haven't eaten my breakfast today as I am too busy watching the snake. I don’t think that mum and dad are happy with the situation, but they don’t appear to be doing a lot about it.
Oh, I was wrong. They are doing something. This afternoon I was asleep in my cat carrier, and I got a terrible shock when it started to move. Whilst I was asleep, mum had closed the door and I was carted off to the vets. They cut my claws and gave mum a telephone number for a cat behaviourist. I wonder what they will do, I'm sure that I will find out soon enough!
