Good smells, Bad smells

I was thinking about how different people can like different things so here's a question for you.

What do you think of these smells?

Tarmac
Wet grass
Hot bread
Cooking curry
New money (straight from the ATM and obviously just printed)
Petrol
Freshly ground coffee

Also mention any others you love/hate if you like. I'll start.

Tarmac - Makes me cough
Wet grass - Mmmmm the smell of morning dew, makes me dreamy
Hot bread - Yum! Always makes me hungry
Cooking curry - Depens on my mood but generally smells ok
New money - Yuk
Petrol - I strangely like the smell of a garage.
Freshly ground coffee - Always stick my head into Costa whenever I walk past.

I also love cooking bacon and garlic and a shop called Lush which sells organic bath stuffs and creams. I hate Milk that's out of date and my Boyfriends farts.

Tarmac- Yuk
Wet grass especially when it has been feshly cut - fresh smelling
Hot bread - along with fresh coffee - some of the best smells in the world
Cooking curry - even better if someone else is cooking it
New money (straight from the ATM and obviously just printed) - 50-50, not too sure on that one. I think the buying power may have something to do with it
Petrol - I did as a kid, not keen now though

Some of my favourites - onions being fried - always makes me hungry
& the smell of a new car interia (leather seats)

I agree with you about the milk and the boyfriend

Tarmac - Not so keen on this. It gets up my nose and makes me feel slightly ill!

Wet grass - I love this smell, it reminds me of summer.

Hot bread - I love baking bread. It makes my house smell absolutely gorgeous

Cooking curry - It makes the house smell nice and you know you are going to get a lovely meal as well - definitely a nice smell!

New money (straight from the ATM and obviously just printed) - Not so nice at all!

Petrol - Hate the smell of petrol

Freshly ground coffee - There is a shop in Wigan that grinds coffee for your particular grinder. The shop smells amazing and I walk back to my car with a terrific smelling bag in my hand. Im not so keen on the actual coffee (I buy it for mike) but I love the smell!

Petrol - Always liked the smell of petrol, since I was a kid
Freshly ground coffee - Fresh Coffee always smells good.
cooking bacon - no better way to start the day.. Bacon and Dino Eggs
garlic - love Garlic, sadly, garlic doesn't love me(my breath)
Milk that's out of date - yep, awful smell
Boyfriends farts - dunno really, haven't had the (dis)pleasure

I just remembered another smell I hate, only because someone walked by with a sandwich.

I hate the smell of tuna. I agree about the wood fire though.

Tarmac & Petrol - I love the smell of them, not sure why.
Wet grass - Its a nice fresh smell
Hot bread - The smell makes me hungry, I think its one of those inbuilt human responses
Cooking curry - MMMmmmmm Curry

Sprouts, I hate the smell it makes me feel ill
The sea - I love the smell of the beach and sea

One of my favourite smells is the one you get when it has just rained. Its an earthy plant fresh smell.

new born babies, esp when they have had a bath and they smell all fresh
sprouts...MMmmmm sprouts i love em

Hate the smell of

tarmac
wet grass and hate it when its just been cut

And as for farts i dont mind hubby's farts, they dont smell
