I like the quantum physics stuff. I have actually read both Hawkins books (not just used them to prop something up), and I understood most of it!!! I find it fascinating, especially the Schrodingers Cat Theory.
I really want to test it myself, but I can't get Jack to stay in the box MadCat

In laymans terms:
There is a cat in a sealed box with a tube of cyanide. At any time the cat is either dead or alive, or both. But to see if he is alive or not you have to open the box and the art of observation can change the results of the experiment. it means that a cell can be in any state at any given time, but by observing it you can bring on a false outcome, so you will never know. MadCat
