Being from Belfast.... you have just made think back to my childhood, Mike.

My Gran used to make soda bread and I would smoother it in butter just as it came of the griddle... superb.... Even better with bacon and fried eggs !

Belfast is an unusal place, I think that it might have something to do with a 'minor conflict' that we had......

Back to the food. We have a dish called 'Champ', which is essentially mashed potatoes with chopped up spring onions (Scallions, for those who know). I remember seeing a cafe with baked potato with Champ filling !!!! Now that is Irish !

Parker, one quick question.... You have a 4 leaf clover tattooed..in the Tricolour colours... there are only 3 of them, so what is the other colour..... ?

It is just the colors going diagnally across the whole tatoo, not each leaf :-P

There's a few restaurants in SA that sepcialise in wild game... I've had croccdile before, wasn't all that impressed myself... I do quite like Kudu tho!
