Sea Level and Lack of Sleep

I was lying in bed the other night unable to sleep when this popped into my head:

The current accepted height of Mount Everest is 8,848 meters, or 29,028 feet above sea level.


This made me wonder if the measurement was made when the tide is in, or out, or indeed if it was done during a full moon or no moon. The moon exerts a gravitational pull on the Earth which makes the tides rise and fall. Therefore any reference to sea level is subject to lets say + or - 50 metres.

Maybe I should drink less caffeine

Do you not worry about bills, health, work, love etc???

Yeah drink less caffeine....drink more alchohol and perhaps you might sleep more haha!!

Here is my latest Late Night Thought:

There is curently an advert on UK TV for cat milk, i.e. special milk for cats and kittens.

I couldnt help but wonder if it was produced the same way as cows milk :?:
I could picture rows and rows of cats been milked

That is funny and also "thought provoking"....if i'm having trouble sleeping tonight and its coz of this i will not be happy

My theory regarding more alchohol used to work for me, not anymore...think perhaps we're both alchoholics??

I normally turn on the tv or put a film on that i want to watch....and usually i'm asleep about 15mins into it!!! Luckily my tv switches itself off after a video has ended....so dont even have to get out of bed!

So you don't need advice that management types give to think "out of the box".... you are already out of the box! And not just in the mind.....

Maybe you should contain one of those health warnings - Contains nuts! Slightly modified to say "Are nuts".....
