If it is unlucky to open an umbrella indoors..how bout this...

If you are in a stadium watching say a footy match & it is raining therefore you have an umbrella up but you are in one of those stadiums/ stadia(?) where the roof goes across & they put the roof across whilst your umbrella is open.....is that STILL unlucky??

Hmmm?? Thought bout this one one my way home in the pouring rain last night!

In Australia it would definitely be unlucky.

You would be fined for putting up an umbrella at a sporting venue (eg. football)!

It's ponchos or nothing here!

What is the obsession with Ponchos over there??? Do you not know how stupid you look wearing one of those?

I'd rather be soaking wet than wear one of them!!

yes i'm aware of the Essendon Bombers - my brother supported them whilst he was living in Oz! They were meant to play in an exhibition match over here couple of years ago too but it got cancelled! I had bought him tickets for his birthday and it gets cancelled!!!!!

Now that is my luck! If it werent for bad luck i'd have no luck at all!!

Oooh that joke is getting a bit old now! There are so many going about after the sad (cheated) exit of England in the Euros!

My favourite is:

Why are English men better in bed than French men?

Coz we can be on top for 90 minutes and still come second!!!

Personally, i know i'm bragging but hey look at my name, i can be on top through extra time too haha!!
