Ever wonder what your life would have been like if you were born in a different era? What your hair would have looked like, what clothes you would have worn?

A website gaining momentum fast at the moment is yearbookyourself.com, a site on which you can transform a photo of yourself into a stereotypically coiffed teenager from anywhere between 1950 and 2000.

If you're looking for a five-minute time-waster on the internet, upload your image and it's quite simple from there on.

Follow the controls to size and centre your profile picture, or rotate it if you need to, and from there you can select your gender and page through the various years.
