Have you ever brought anything from those late night "let me sell ya something you never thought of or needed but now you have seen it - you can't live with out?"

I know I have -

* A set of pilates videos - never been out of the box
* Paint Runner

I don't watch those late night shows. My mum does though.

I bought a yoga DVD once as an impulse buy. Swore I would use it to tone up. Played it once and found that Istruggled with the breathing technique which is at the centre of the whole Yoga expriance. I could do the simple moves but without the breathing I didn't feel 'relaxed' like you're supposed to.

I've been quite lucky - bought a set of cutlery and a watch/pendant/earrings set - both good purchases at sensible prices.

I look forward to hearing how the Paint Runner goes - my fingers twitch to buy one every time I see the advert

I have just done my kitchen ceiling - except the edges in less than an hour - stopped for coffee etc - no spills - very impressed - used up the rest of the paint in the roller to put a base on part of a wall - walls so easy

I did find that it was easier to use a ladder than the pole for the ceiling - mind you it may have helped if I had the roller on the right side of the pole - kept turning in circles

It must be the season for painting! I have just finished glossing our new bathroom door.

Looks OK, and I didnt get any on the cats or the carpet!!! Success!
