Mine comes from way back when I signed on to AOL for the first time. I tried using my real name but it was already taken, so I played around with various combinations of my first name and surname but all seemed to be used already.
Eventually I found one that worked, my first name and half my surname, but manipulated slightly. I'll give you a clue if you like....it's all done with mirrors
