Whats the worst injury that you have had?

Have you ever hurt yourself, if so, what did you do?

Was it a bang on the head or a broken leg?

I broke my right shoulder on the Waltzer's fair ride at the outside fair in Scarborough in 1990. My mate went to nudge my shoulder as the ride lurched forward and she ended up punching my shoulder joint. That was on the Sunday and on Wednesday when I passed out in school and was taken to hospital they x-rayed it and told me it was broken. I thought it was sore!

I fell over under the influence of alchohol and knocked my two front teeth out

I wasnt very happy the next day. Whats even worse is I had to have temporary crowns put on and I looked like Bugs Bunny, and it cost me a fortune

I seriously hurt my ankle last bonfire night, we were at the boyfriends mates house for a party. i was walking down the stairs and it made a very loud creeking noise and just collapsed under me. it was twice the size of my other one, and bruised all the way round my ankle half way up my shin and almost down to my toes! Couldnt walk on it for about a month! Didnt go to hospital cos i had a feeling i'd chipped it and didnt want a pot on! Now its cold again its feeling weak so gotta be careful!!

I also knocked myself out on the car last year-i left my phone in the compartment between the 2 front seats, so i leaned in to get it and hit the top of my head really hard on the edge of the car. knocked myself out cold-i was laid out on the grass and a neighbour saw me and helped. I was the only one in the house at the time so i could have been there a long time without anyone realising! Bloody lucky really!

Guess that answers the other thread, yeah, i do believe in luck! lol!

Ive done something similiar but didnt KO myself Cars are dangerous even at rest

I was eating Kettle Crisps the other week, they are the large thick cut crispy ones, anyway, whilst stuffing myself one of the speared the roof of my mouth. I doesnt sound much of an injury, well ok its not, but the roof of my mouth really swelled up and really hurt for about a week. Needless to say I didnt finish the packet of crisps

yeah i've done something like that a few times before, really ---- hurts! lol! I get paraniod that theres a piece of crisp still stuck up there too and think its gonna get infected!

It does It felt like it had gone so deep it had pierced my brain

The worsed i've had is a fractured thumb at school we were rough housing about & the fat kid fell on my hand .

Good for a skive though no writing

sheer bliss apart from the pain & swelling .
