Smoothies, the fruit drinks

Having purchased a smoothie maker a few months ago I tried most of the standard recipes with mixed results, does anyone out there have a really special or just plain good recipe to share with us all

I like strawberry smoothies...

250g of Strawberries,
A small pot of low fat strawberry yogurt
Some low fat vanilla ice cream
Ice
