Just plain nice or perhaps inspiring threads

What is the nicest or most inspiring thread you have read on the internet forums.
I'm a regular on the Fly Me To The Moon footbal fanzine board for Middlesbrough FC supporters.
There's a thread at the moment detailing in part the experiences of a poster whos wife has been in hospital on a ventilator for over a month now.
The support from fellow posters is just so nice to see and hopefully it looks like a happy ending.

By this I mean spontaneous off the cuff threads rather than causes and charities where there are some amazing and well documented stories

It inspires me that a group of people can come togethor to support such a heart wrenching and hopeless cause such as Middlesbrough FC. Ok Im only kidding!

Ive read a lot of the WWW over the years and it is truly amazing that strangers get togethor to discuss and support each other.

A prime example is the PainSupport website. Where as its name suggests people discuss pain and how to cope with it.

However as with all things in life there are always idiots and biggots that need to be navigated around

Painsupport is an excellent website, it has helped me through some hard times
