Ok im still on level 2, im surprised i got there lol...but if the song is a clue to go onto the next level then i give up cos i have no clue what it is lol

omg im now stuck on level 10, i think it has something to do with numbers, but i am at a loss as there is only 2 pictures i can see, i just dont understand this 1... any tips or hints would be appreciated.
