What is a BPO ?

My job is Computer Support for a company in Liverpool. I support Windows, Networks, backups, security,....... etc

Does India provide outsourcing for many countries?

I know it does a lot of stuff for the UK.

Yes we do! outsourcing has created alot of jobs, it is one of the widest opportunities available for the youngsters. outsourcing has changed the face of our nation and its all for good.
