 i dont mind the snow its nice to wake up to it, but thats it, i want to go out and do some shopping but its too cold, gonna stay in where its warm

We have got some snow here - in Derbyshire so even more is expected during the day - its not settling in the City Centre but there are a few villages just outside Derby that are cut off!

I have lived in Wigan for 12 years now and I can count the number of times it has snowed here on 1 hand.. but it snowed this morning!
I had to go out and get some food for the snake, and my car said the external temp was -1C... rather cold! And I had took a freezer bag so the mice did not defrost - I think on hindsight it was rather a daft thing to take with me! The town centre roads were OK, but we live in the suburbs and it is settling here... MadCat

I woke up at 4.30 am and there was thick snow outside. Unfortunately it has all gone to mush now
 My daughter managed to build a snowman before she went to school so she was happy.

Its -1 in Liverpool, it did snow but it has pretty much melted. Its still trying to snow
