I've finally opened up a Yellow Clue Square
 http://shygypsy.com/farm/p.cgi?state...=guess&guess=+ Hint #14 Clue vertices are yellow. There is one in each corner. When you get all 4, each of your subsequent guesses will be checked against the meta-puzzle answer, as well as the brown vertices. When you solve the meta-puzzle, you win.
