good thing:connects people .........outlives the distance

bad thing:Its too deep, u get drowned and by the end of it all you will not be in a positon to figure out how u actually entered into it

Information at your fingertips about absloutley anything you could possibly imagine.
Has literally made the world smaller as it is possible to communicate with people all around the world at little or no cost...

Bad thing: Ummmmmmm..... facilitates the spread of computer viruses

Good thing: well, places like Siliconhell! A place where people all over the world can gather for the free exchange of ideas, information, opinion, and just plain miscellaneous wierdness.

Bad thing: Spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam...... :-x

Quick low cost communication enabling me to email or talk to others
There is Loads and Loads of free information out there

Bad Things:
Loads and Loads of the info out there is either misleading or incorrect
It enables scammers, fraudsters and people of low scruples to target lots of people
Im unable to backup the Internet to a floppy disk
