Ok, so now I have to admit, I am an IT dummy. In 'plain' english, how do I get my pic on? No techie talk.

If you post a reply to this message, you'llsee an Attachment Posting Control Panel below where you type your message...

Click the "Add an Attachment" button....

Then click on the "Browse" button and go to the folder on your Computer where you have saved your photo and select it... then click "Add Attachment" button and submit your post....

I can then turn your image into an Avatar for you if you like...

Otherwise, you can e-mail me your image and I can turn it into an Avatar and upload it for you... if you prefer this, reply to this post and I will send you a Private Message with my e-mail address

thanks all for the help, that pic doesnt make the best avatar though does it...i might try something else...its a shame, this picture completely disguises my giant nose!!!
