My improved one... assuming a 7k file is okay, can one of the admins remove (completely) the old b/w image and put the new colour one in place

7k is the limit as it slows down those with slooow links, it also impacts the monthly quota that is part of the Siliconhell hosting package.

You could hardly be any funnier looking than the Guru. Have you noticed how uncannily he looks like an Ape??? (Don't say that to his face though). Of course, he comes from Liverpool, word on the street is they ALL look like that. :-P
