As there has been some talk about music I am interested in finding out what everyones favourite 10 albums are. I'm thinking of the ones you fall back on when you really need to listen to something you love. I'll start...

I ride a push bike to work - Suicidals are brilliant when you are in a hurry. You should pick up that Suicidals CD. It's easily their best.

I may just do that, I've been looking into getting the single "Feel like Sh$t, Deja Vu" for some time, but never got around to it...
Dead Kennedys as well - you have good music taste! In the 80's I bought the single, "Too drunk..." and I have the CD "give me convenience or give me death", excellent CD. A few years ago we went to a punk festival in Blackpool and saw amongst others, Splognessabounds, and the headliners were The Dead Kennedys (with a new singer), who wasnt brilliant, but it was a good gig and it was ace to hear all my fav songs live... No-one can have a voice quite like Jerol Biaffra's though can they!!! Rob Zombie is excellent to drive to, although on some tracks you do end up going a bit on the fast side!!! MadCat |

My first ever DK's was Holiday in Cambodia - hooked ever since. Fav song is a toss up between Holiday in Cambodia, Riot and Terminal Preppie. If you like DK's then there is an Aussie band called Frenzal Rhomb which are unreal. They are more your pub wisecrack punk band but they are fast and have a great sense of humour. I'll have to listen to more Rob Zombie. I love Ministry too and they seem quite similar. I have only really heard his track on the Matrix soundtrack more than once, I heard a bit on the radio but never really took it any further. Must buy some!!!

Hyno,
I can highly recommend Rob Zombie, it's quite like ministry but different in little ways... Some tracks are excellent, some are just OK! (Apart from the duet with Lionel Richie - I wont even give that the grace of being played on our stereo!). MadCat |
