What made you sad today?

I'm sad because I've been very ill over the last 4 days. I'm feeling better now though.

Also my cat has dissapeared. He usually goes off for days at a time but the longest he's been away for is 4 days. He's been gone for over a week now. Me and my mum have the feeling he's not coming back

I have gotton used to him not being around since I moved out but my mum keeps shouting for him, poor thing.

Has your cat come back yet? One of ours once went missing for a week, I was beside myself with worry, but he came home safe and sound if rather hungry!

No he's still not back yet. There's a cupboard full of food for him if he does come back though.

I'm feeling a little better but still not 100%. I'll be back at work tomorrow.

Feel a bit bleh today. Have the same taste in my mouth as when I was ill and I've lost my appitite over the last few days. I hope it's not coming back!

Speaking of not coming back the cat is still nowhere to be seen. Called the local shelter today and he's not been brought in. She made me feel like it's my fault because he's not been nutured. We just never got round to it. After a few years we then decided it would be a bit cruel. I know my bad you don't have to tell me.

I'll try the local vets later just in case but I do think it's a bit fruitless.

From the bottom of my heart Inlove, I am very sorry for your loss.

Maybe you could take it as a good thing that he hasn't returned. It now gives you the opportunity to fulfil your life with a new life (when your ready). This time you could neuter or spay, and microchip your next cat. The chances of this happening to you again would be reduced.

The local shelter is overcrowded and they are desprate for new homes. Me and my mum did talk about taking a cat in before C.J dissapeared. Maybe he's just angry at us

LOL...I think that's a good thought. They all get angry at some time or another.My older cat is angry at me right now for not letting her eat the younger cats biscuits last night (I yelled at her....ouch).

I think maybe he's being fed by another person because it seems funny that no one knows where he is.

He's a charming little fellow so he's probably been taken in by someone. I've given my details and a description to the local vets and cat shelter. They'll call if he turns up. I am a little annoyed at them though.

Yes I know it's mating season and I should have gotten him nutered years ago but I never got round to it. He normally goes away at this time of year for a few days but it's been 2 WEEKS.

That's basically what I had to tell them. I feel guilty enough as it is thanks without them telling me it's my own fault.

You are not responsible for your cats disapearance! Cats do what they want to do! Dogs have owners cats have staff

Trust me we know how you are feeling
