Ok on a more serious note, thank you for talking to us, it helps to talk. Sometimes it can appear like everything is against you, but it isnt, its just that life has its ups and downs and sometimes it just sucks. Its not personal its just the way it is (I realised this a few years ago and it really helped me)

Dont do anything too rash like telling your boss to stick it, it only helps short term

I know not to take it personally (although if there is a god I'll have to have a word with her/him at the pearly gates).

It's just odd how I can go for years without an up or down, life just plods along nicely and without hasstle then all of a sudden everything goes wrong at once and you're overwhelmed!

Don't worry I wont walk out on my work even though I've wanted to for some time. I have been thinking about going on a working holiday to Australia, I've always wanted to go there and it seems like a good time. Of course I wouldn't be able to go for another year or so because I need to save for flights, accomadation, spending and emergancy money. It would give me something to look forward to.

I have looked on the internet for info but it's so confusing! The only work I'm really trained in is banking and I doubt that a company would pay for my training if I'm only going to be working there for 6 months. I could work in a shop, cafe bar etc. intead.

I think that's a fantastic Idea... you really should try and do this when you are still young... and why stop at Australia??? Why not take a year and work your way around Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa... etc, etc...

I'm feeling a little better today. I think a little venting and a good nights sleep made all the difference. It's also sunny today which always cheers me up.

I know that my situation hasn't changed and I still feel pretty down. I've decided I'm changing an old saying.

"Sleep is a healer" (Time has nothing to do with it if you can't sleep)

What made me sad is only a little rain today. We need more so my mum can cuddle on the couch with me, while i sleep on the blanket.
