This made me a lil sad but I can also see the funny side.

I woke up this morning with a start because there was someone at the door. I ran out of the room and went to run down the stairs. My foot slipped forward and I feel backward landing butt first on the second top step. I then proceeded to slide butt first down two or three steps before coming to a stop, I then to jump back up and ran down the stairs to answer the door.

My lower back hurts Think I hit my Coxex (tailbone at the base of my spine). I can definetly see the funny side tho.

The terrible weather and the fact that I'm sitting at work with wet feet because my shoes leaked! I actually feel quite down today.
