I went to see a pain consultant today as my back has been killing me since something in it "pinged" on saturday night. I have ripped a muscle at the bottom of my back, which a ligament is attached to. The movement of the muscle has made the ligament move and make T5 disk prolapse or at least bulge (if it has not fully prolapsed). I have to go into hospital next friday for facet joint injections and maybe a hoover out of the rubbish that comes from the damaged disk..
No wonder it's been so sore! MadCat
