I'm happy today because I've found out that I didn't get the job I had the first interview for weeks ago (I know it sounds odd but stick with me.)

I want the other one more anyway but i'm happy because the reason I didn't get the job had nothing to do with me personally or my interview technique. It's because I didn't have enough team leader experiance which is ok because I knew that anyway!

I should hopefully hear about the second one today or tomorrow. Unlike the other company they don't hang around in making their decisions. I'm trying not to think about it because it makes me nervous although i do keep looking at my mobile every five minutes to see if he's called
