You can also try
Open IE, Go to Tools, Delete Files Press refresh a few times on your IE window. Sometimes the flash player gets a bit upset and it doesn't load every time. They all work here, but sometimes to play Mahjongg I have to press refresh a few times. Hope this helps MadCat
