Can Dogs Look Up?

I watched Shaun of the Dead (See the link below) the other night, it's a funny British parody of the classic Zombie classic.

Anyway two of the main characters argue over the fact that dogs can not look up, a point which me and my beloved don't agree on.

So the question I put to you is Can dogs look up :?:

Oh and if you haven't seen Shaun of the Dead give it a watch, it's full of bad language, but, it is a classic British Satirical version of the American zombie classic that I personally give 8 out of 10 :!: ;-)
