Question of the Week:
If you could have a beer with anybody past or present who would it be? It could be somebody like Plato, Ricky Hatton or a member of your familly..... Ive thought about it for a minute or two and Im finding it hard to choose One choice is my Grandad (deceased) another is John Belushi (also deceased, he was a funny guy and a party animal). Ok, Ive decided.... Its my Grandad, I'd share a case of beer with him and just chat about life the universe and everything in it |

I'd have to pick 2 people, n that'd be my Grandad and my Uncle Billy. Billy died when I was about 12, and 11 years on I still miss not seeing him. It'd have been nice to have known him now to go out for a pint with him.
His Dad died about 8 years ago from an operation gone wrong. I can see him now, sat in his chair with a bottle of Newcastle Brown by his side, chuckling because he'd just caught me or my brother off guard and given one of us his 'world famous chinny pie' GOD they used to hurt, but it always made me laugh. Yup, those 2 in a room with me and my Dad and a crate of ale would be wonderful! | ||||||||

I'd like to have a chat with my dad as he passed away when I was 15, and not old enough to have deep proper chats with. he was a top bloke, so a chat with him would be ace..
and the other person - hmmm, that's a hard one.. think it may be Oscar Schindler - to ask why he risked his life to save so many jews in WWII. or maybe Einstein to get him to explain his theories to me... MadCat |

Actually, I'm sat here on the PC listening to Mike singing along with Queen on the radio whilst he is in the shower.
I think I would like a chat with his dad to see if he is responsible for Mike thinking that he is such a great singer. I swear if our window wasnt toughened, it would have smashed into smitherines by now BTW Dear - I love you, but you really can't sing, especially the high notes... and I know - nor can I!!!! MadCat |

Well, my dad (who died nearly 29 years ago now) would be top of the list, but from non-family, think I'd like a chat with Freddy Mercury, or possibly a bevy with Bob Monkhouse might be rather fun
