Question Do You Over Consume at Christmas?

Well its that time of year when I have an excuse to over eat, over drink and over spend.

Having thought about it its the only time of year I that I consume the following:
  • Cheese
  • Pate
  • After Eight Mints (A box of)
  • Cheesecake
  • Peanuts
  • Vegetables (I dont like veg, especially sprouts )

Is there anything that you indulge in only at Christmas?

Regrettably I eat everything all the time! How can you just eat cheese at Christmas? I find that really odd, but probably because I'm a bit of a "cheese-aholic" all year round.

I love cheese, but it's so full of fat that I only buy it at Christmas, then it seems that bit extra special! Yes, I know, what a sad life we lead!

I eat loads of chocolate all year round, but I eat more at Christmas, well it IS christmas!!

Im not a massive cheese fan but I am partial to roulade which is that soft garlicy cheese. Its very nice on digestive biscuits, best served with a big glass of red wine.

Cheese is alse very fattening

I KNOW cheese is fattening, and I think it's very unfair of you to rub it in!

But on a lighter note - ("lighter", get it?) - the new diet starts in January - you know the one, starts EVERY January!

Fingers crossed - 2008 might be the year it works!

And its high in cholesterol

I also have to admit that too much cheese makes me poorly It sets off my IBS Its weird as I can eat a vindaloo curry with no problem. Mind you I would be very unhappy indeed if I had to give up dishes like curry
