I know where your coming from man about the shifts. Done different shifts now for years and nights suck. It can get so boring, you have to diversify and find other outlets. I'm on 12hr shifts and they are sooooo longggggg.

East Leeds, Seacroft in fact. Been here 9 years now. I used to do that boring 2-10 shift at the tender young age of 18 as well. They put me on it for a while and i just had enough and turned up the next week on days 6-2. ##### to that i thought. My bosses weren't too pleased but i got away with it.
Do 2 days and then 2 nights, then 4 off now. Not bad. |

Seacroft, thats the circular road with Elida Gibs etc isnt it? (excuse my spelling). I did some computer systems work there about 10 years ago. And my Mother in Law lives in Leeds.
Its a small world isnt it Which other quizzes have you tried? I also hated the 2 - 10, I swapped trades and got back to being a spark. Oh, and I edited your post to remove the swear word Mike... | |||||||||||

Well, well, it is a small world. My mum lives in Leeds and she comes from Alwoodley. I was there this week in lovely cold and wet Leeds!! Used to pass Seacroft regularly on my way to John Smeaton school where I did my life saving swimming stuff. And also on the way through to the White Swan pub in Aberford.. if you haven't been - you must go. It's menu is amazing with about 100 things on it from english, indian, chinese and everything inbetween! Its an ace place to go!

Yeh it's a small, small world. As they say. I've lived around here all my life and i've been to the white swan many times. Never attempted the 'billy bunter' though. I've seen many try but fail.
I used to work as a service/installation engineer and spent some time in Wigan. As i remember it was a factory that produced bags of salad and veg etc... |
