Greetings
Good morning ( this side of the world time is now 07h34 )
i officially registered on the site yesterday after about 2 years of playing the quizzes, etc and am excited....... i live in Bloemfontein, Free State, South AFrica any South AFricans on this site? |

Hi
Thank you!!! i know i took like forever to get here...hee!! hee!!:::: how i came across siliconhell.com is 2 years ago i received my first quiz from one of my work colleagues and after doing the quiz ( it was the LOGO quiz i think...) i actually forgot about it all until i came across the quiz again in a folder on my work PC and i went onto the website downloaded all the other available quizzes and wahlah....here i am!!! i am trying to download the answers to the quizzes....but it gives me an error message saying it is only for priviliged user......guess i don't fit into the category yet.....i'm still a baby...( junior member )....... How can i get the answers to the quizzes i have.....is there another way of getting them!!! Please let me know.....thank you i am also trying to figure out how to add a smiley into my text message....any help on how to do it? i saved all the "rules/regulations/do's and don'ts " of this site but have not read them yet..... So Smartsez and The Guru........where are you guys/gals from? |

I found the site through receiving quizzes through email too! I think thats how most people find out about it! You'll just have to be patient for the answers, I think you just have to post a little more on the forum then they'll become available for you to download.
I'm from the UK (West Yorkshire) & I believe Guru is from Liverpool, however I may be wrong lol! And as for the smileys, I'm not sure! When you go into 'post reply' they automatically show up on the right hand side of the screen to just click on, but if its not showing up for you then I have no idea, sorry!

Hi there
i'm back!!! please don't think i'm rude or anything but i log on from my work pc when i am not busy so.....if you don't hear from me....i'm still here...just not always able to go online.... Thank you......i am sure i will have good chat with you all.... To answer the questions.....why 2 years? well how it happened is one of my work colleagues sent me a quiz then...think it was the LOGO quiz...and a INVISIBLE MOVIE quiz and after doing the quizzes i had seaved them on my work pc under a folder and i forgot about them....until recently i "discovered" them again.....and well i then went onto the site donwloaded all the available quizzes and more after i registered as a member ......wahlah....here i am!!! i love doing quizzes, crossword puzzles......it's so lekka ( south african slang ) As i am still a baby ( junior member ) i am having trouble downloading the answers to the quizzes....it gives an error message saying only priviliged members have access or something... any suggestions on how or where i can get the answers if i forward a list of what i have? I am also still trying to figure out how to put smileys into my text...i guess i must go back and read the FAQ's lists We have winter now in SA....if you are from overseas ...i guess you have summer now.....by the way.....Smartsez and The Guru.....where are you from? Sorry but i have to log out now......customer at the door..... Will chat again soon? Have a great weekend? |
