struggling with answers on cartoon quiz

we are a few mindbenders trying to complete cartoon quiz 2-struggling for weeks now with how to answer known results. we know 30, 43, 61, 90, 92, 96 but cannot get the answers to take. are we missing hyphens, commas, caps or what??? any help and we will love you for life..

43. The third word in the UK title was different to that in the US one. It was believed to be too violent.
61. There's a hyphen between the second and third "words".
90. There should be a full stop after the abreviation, but it's missing in the answer.
92. _____ _____ and _____
96. Full title required and make sure you spell the surname with a double consonant. ____ the ____ with ____ ___
