MadCat (My Beloved) is currently in hospital recovering from a major but planned operation. I mentioned your request to her today and she exclaimed oh %^*! I did mean to post the answers before the Op.

I hope to post the answers on her behalf in the next day or three. That is in-between visiting hours, working and sussing out the washing machine.
