logo quiz

I am doing the logo quiz and and have 104 of them. I need the rest. have bugged my collegues, friends and family to see if they know them but to no avail. If anyone can help here are the ones i need.
03, 08, 16, 29, 39, 52, 58, 59, 63, 77, 78, 84, 90, 99, 108 and 118

21 - Funny TV Channel (don't know the answer to this one, but can tell you the other three if you want).

In the second page I need help with 29, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 44 and 45.

If you want I can also tell you answers you don't know.

37 - Internet company
45 - Beer / lager
