You don't have to worry, he isn't saying anything... you don't need sound but it does add to the atmosphere of the game

missing what looks to be just a square piece, n found the bird on the roof of the photo of the house, the bird on the ledge at the left side of the yard, the one on the ledge near that mechanical looking thing with the lever, and the one up the chimney in the office...

did you get the piece of paper? and then do the "rock, paper, scissors thing?" that will give you the square piece....
If you look at the tree, out of the wondow where the man is shackled, there is a Bird hidden there... Also, do you mean the chimney in the armorey or in the city hall???? Also, a bird above the Porhole, the screen before the lever!!!!

Hmmm...
 now where did I find that piece of paper?! Thats the problem with not being able to save your progress, you have to start again & hope you remember it all! lol! I now have 6 birds tho, n I meant the chimney in the armory office...

The piece of paper is behind a certain painting....
There are 2 birds inside the city hall... one in one of the offices, the other in the "chimney" in the passageway(look up)
