What should happen :
To keep arcade competitive at the begining of every month the scores are reduced by 15%. All the ranks are kept in tact but the high scores are achievable again. (We ran it for the 1st time this month) Does this sound like what happened

I'm not exactly sure that's what happened. I didn't monitor the high scores as much to notice if they took a 15% hit or not, but here's a recent example:
I had the trophy in "Alien Invasion 2" last night. Nutty_ZA took it from me. If you go right now to that game and view high scores, you'll see my score has become 1. It's happened with other games too. It's holding scores that were gotten in April though, cause if you look at 2D Knock-Out, you'll see that Hyno's score is still in there, with Nutta ZA being the new trophy holder, but my score is gone even though I had the trophy. I believe that something happened prior to April (or at the end of March) that wiped everyone's scores except for the trophy holder (look at the high scores for any of the games, and you'll see a ton of zeroes that used to be scores), and if the trophy holder's score was gotten earlier than April, it changes when beaten... Something seems to still be up... I'm also still confused about the difference between "Best score of all time" and "Actual highscore champion". Why is the "Actual High Score Champion" score some goofy number that has nothing to do with the scoring in the game? Hope some of this info helps. Otto

Did you just run something that updated the trophy counts? I think you only ran a script that counted the # of trophies in the "arcade" group of games. You didn't include the "default", "shooting", "puzzle", "yeti", and "reaction" so I think the totals are off.
Honestly, the problem isn't with the # of high scores/trophies at all. The problem is that somehow we lost all of the scores below the top score. Everyone who has played a game in april has their score saved, and everyone else has "0". If someone has a high score that was gotten prior to April and someone beats them, that score is lost too. Is there just 1 scoring table in the system, or is there one table with the high score of each game, and then a secondary child table with all of the scores (including a duplicate of the high score)? If it's 2 tables, I think the second supporting one was likely cleared at some point and has begun building it's data again on or around April 1st... If it's gone, then so be it and we'll just go from there... Otto

It may be OK now... It seems to be storing any scores that are made. The problem is just in all of the high scores. Pick just about any game, and you'll see all the names of people who posted scores in the past, but all the scores are gone. As the people play the games, the scores will be rebuilt. It has the names, but the scores aren't held.
All the high scores are still there though, so that's at least been held somehow. It seems that something happened a few days ago and hasn't happened since. Beats me... Otto
