I have loads of Amstrad games (still in my loft waiting for me to find a replacement after mine blew up) but not heard of it on the Amstrad, I seem to remember a game called Wishbringer on the Commadore 64 though.

Dont they seem bad compared to todays games, mind you the gameplay on some of them was excellent :!:

Yep - no more waiting 15 minutes for the game to load (the Amstrad I had would only play cassette games so that was a nightmare) but apart from that annoyance I would happily continue playing these games.

I used to have a Sinclair ZX81... used to buy magazines with Pages and Pages of code in(games which other ppl had written), which you then typed into it... used to spend hours typing and then the bl**dy plug would fall out or some other mishap would happen... think I ever only got to play one game on the damned thing

And to think, I even became a computer programmer after that experience.... ops:

To err is human. To ARRR is pirate.

Burnout! That is such a cool game, I spent hours doing the Crash for Cash!

The new PS3 MotorStorm game looks very good, although I think I'll wait until the PS3 price drops before I buy it!
