4 - Answer is take 2 friends to the movie because you only pay for yourself once. If you took 1 friend to two movies you would pay for yourself twice

12 - 40 ounces

15 - He is cleaning the windows on the inside of the building

I would say 11 is water...(ice is less dense than water)
