Language: Smoker's Epitaph

Come up with a last line for each verse of the Smokers Epitaph.

This is an actual poem but the correct answer will not be accepted because you need to come up with something original.
It not necessary to complete every verse. One line is enough if that's all you want to do.

At the end of October I will choose my favourite ending to each verse, compile the finished poem and give away 50 tokens to each answer that makes the cut.


Here lies Sam Shay.
Smoked six packs a day.
He started smoking when he was one.

(not too many things rhyme with Seven )

he was always on time now he's just late

and now maggots and worms on his bones dine
