1.) LOGICAL SIGNS I
You are an archaeologist that has just unearthed a long-sought pair of ancient treasure chests. One chest is plated with silver, and the other is plated with gold. According to legend, one of the two chests is filled with great treasure, whereas the other chest houses a man-eating python that can rip your head off. Faced with a dilemma, you then notice that there are inscriptions on the chests:

Silver Chest: - This chest contains the python.
Gold Chest: - One of these two inscriptions is true.

Based on these inscriptions, which chest should you open?

2.) Calendar Cubes
A corporate business man has two cubes on his office desk. every day he arranges both cubes so that the front faces show the current day of the month. what numbers are on the faces of the cubes to allow this?

Note: You can't represent the day "7" with a single cube with a side that says 7 on it. You have to use both cubes all the time. So the 7th day would be "07".

3.) What Am I
I am greater than God, and more evil than the devil. Poor people have me. Rich people want me. And if you eat me, you'll die.
What am I?

4.) Smartest Ape.
You walk into a room in which there are three primates: a chimpanzee, an orangutan, and a gorilla. The chimpanzee is holding a banana in each hand, the orangutan is holding a big stick, and the gorilla is holding nothing. Which primate in the room is the smartest?

5.) What goes in the blank?

Here goes,

1) I hate this type of question. I think I would open the silver chest.

2) First cube would have 0,1,2,3,4,5
Second cube would have 0,1,2,6,7,8
(The 9 is obtained by using the 6 upside down)

4) I would be the smartest primate in the room!

I'll have to think about the others :-k

1. - Correct
The Gold Chest states that one of the inscriptions is true... therefore THIS inscription must be true, if it isn't then both inscriptions are false...
2. - Wow, I thought That would take a lot longer... well done
4.) - That may be debatable is some peoples cases

Your answer to this question seems to be wrong based on the available facts.

The legend clearly states that one chest has treasure and the other has the python.

If inscription on gold chest is true, then silver is false and it doesnt contain a python. So you open that.
If inscription on gold chest is false, then the silver chest has python and you dont open that.

there is no way to decide with the given facts.
