I'm sorry...the answer is correct...the problem comes with applying logic within the sentence construct.
First case - if the gold chest statement is true (trivial), then the silver chest statement is false and so it's safe to open that. Second case - if the gold chest statement is false, then the only available option for the pair of statements (from TT, TF, FT, FF) is that both are false. Any other solution would be impossible logically. So, again it's safe to open the silver chest. Sending you 100 tokens for (probably?) causing you some grief over this. |
