Exactly. Well done Kazthorn. It would only be solved by an Aussie (or possibly Salocius we don't know what his answer was).

My answer was the same but I don't agree completely with it because it assumes that there is no street lighting or moonlight. In a streetlit environment it is still possible to recognise a car behind you even if it has it's headlights on. Secondly, a lot of cars have destinctive headlight patterns and can be recognised by this alone.

Just my views on the subject.
