Default Maths: Comet Impact

Fifty Tokens for the first correct answer to this mathematical puzzle:

A comet with a mass of 150kg enters the Earths atmosphere at degrees travelling at 5 kilometres per second, after being being in the atmosphere for 60 seconds it crashes into the earth on the equator in Africa.

How much earth is in 20.5 metres wide, 4 metres wide and 11 metres deep impact hole?

( Remember that a falling body will accelerate at 9.8 metres per second per second, that is until it's terminal velocity is achieved)

POrobably in a cube of those dimensions ther will be 902 cubic metres of earth but taking into consideration that the impact of the comet would have remove all the earth from the hole I think there would be no earth there. Is this answer correct :?:

The Guru agrees that this is the correct answer

I expect Siliconhell will give you your tokens shortly

Well done, mortals normally worry about all of the information when only some of it is required to find the answer.
A hole is empty and therefore contains no earth

The Guru
