Polish taxmen are offering their countrymen the chance to pay their tax bills in blood. Every litre donated will allow Poles to write $60 off their tax bill. Dariusz Gryka, from the north-eastern town of Bialystok, said: "I have only done it three times, but already it has been worth it."
