Latest Health Scare For Jack
Jack has been to the vets this week and has had loads of blood tests. Our vet thought he may have contracted FELV (feline leukeamia) from his FIV. The in house test was negative, but more blood has been sent to specialised labs for further analysis to see why his levels of certain things are so low...

fingers crossed everything's ok!!!!
One day i might get up to date with the diary! That's if I don't die laughing first! Having 5 of the adorable little house wreckers  , oops I mean moggies, I can sympathise with you. To the extent that I keep thinking there's cameras in this house I don't know about. :?:

Shame on you for not knowing!
Jack is the Siliconhell Madcat. He is our baby. He has FIV and we think he is very special. The madcat diaries on Siliconhell are true life events of his life. Have a read, they are quite funny. MadCat

We don't know.
At the minute he is just a carrier but not showing symptoms, like his organs shutting down. We try to keep him inside, but he does go into the garden. He doesnt go much further than that. Our other cat also had it, but had to be put down as he was an outside cat and we could not keep him in. Jack was diagnosed at 18 months old and he will be 6 in July. Because of his illness he is very special to us MadCat
